Cancellation Policy and Spa Etiquette

Halo Spa is by appointment only and we do not typically provide any walk in services. The Spa shop is available during operating hours to shop or purchase a gift card even without an appointment. We value your business and ask that you respect Halo Spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone or using the booking system. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment at least 5 minutes early, anticipating traffic and parking.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. If you are late we reserve the right to cut time from your service. You will be charged for the service you booked not the time of service.

Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our employees, who rely on us to manage their schedules. Memberships must be canceled by phone 30 days before renewal date.

Age Requirement of Spa Guest(s)

Please inform the spa if the appointment is for a minor in the booking system. Halo Spa has the right to deny services to minors for some spa or facial treatments. However, we do have many services specifically designed for teenagers. However, parents and guardians must sign a consent form for anyone under the age of 18 and an adult must stay in the room during the entire duration of treatment.

Payment Options  

We accept cash, Visa, Amex and Mastercard. Checks are accepted at the descretion of the spa owner.  Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice. Please refer to expiration date of offers, promotions or discounts as we cannot honor certificates past the date of use, as stated.

Gratuity

Gratuity for excellent service is discretionary and cash is preferred to avoid transaction fees. For your convenience, large parties or multiple same day services we automatically add a 20% gratuity.

Special Accommodations

If you have any ailments, allergies, sensitivities, disabilities or special health concerns, including pregnancy, please let us know in advance on your intake spa form so we can best accommodate you. For the safety of mother-to-be and baby, we are only able to provide massage in the second and third trimesters and a pregnancy waiver is required.

Return Policy and Gift Certificates

We are happy to accept returns on any product within 30 days of purchase for products that are in “as new” condition, in the original packaging, and include accessories unless defective with proof of purchase. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.  Any product that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts will not qualify for a return or refund.

Treatments and gift certificates are final sale. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash, but may be used toward multiple services on different dates.
